I’d like to make a suggestion for the team ladder. I'm not a TD for the team ladders anymore but I once was.

I gave it up because it was so hard to get many teams involved to play in the tourneys. I see this happening with the team TDs now and it gets quite frustrating.

So, here's a little suggestion (that's all it is). I think in order to have a few more teams on the ladder we should try and limit the amount of people on each team. There are not enough players on both ladders (and now a 2k1 ladder) to have 10 per team. Just as a thought…maybe we can limit it to 6 per team.

Also, instead of having players on a team that only show up on a great occasion, you can add the players that are always around. This shouldn't be who can have the best players on each team...it's about having fun with your teammates.

The team TDs put just as much effort into hosting a tourney as the other TDs if not more so because of the lack of teams on the ladder.

I think they're doing a heck of a job, but I also see them becoming very disappointed.

So, lets try and break down some of the large teams and create a few more. And don't forget about the players that are team less. I'm sure some would like to join. Just ask ;)

Like I said at the beginning...this is just a suggestion. But, I think if we do this, our team TDs can have successful tourneys ;)
