The most part this ladder has many good players and will always have good player, but as you all will agree with me from time to time we do find it a bit borring just bowling against each other and tieing with 300's this is why there was talk about a diffrent way to play and it was just talk. there still has to be rules set and what happens if you dont and all the other thing that go along with make it fun. this is what was beening done the other night when some childish people got in here and heard only part of the conversation and made the mistake of opening there mouth before they knew what the story was. This is why i say you all need to grow up, and futher more even if it was the case it still would have to be voted on by you all on the ladder hbefore it would come a law. Yes gezzor you were right Teddy dose not make the rules on here and for this iam glad to see that some of the training i have done has done some good. For those of you who dont understand how the rules are made rule this is how it is done. You have two of your peers on this ladder that you voted for to represent you and make all the disitions on the rules for you if you are new these are the ones that got the job they are: 93 Eclipes and gezzor and the other is Teddy. These are the people you need to email or write to these people on this form or contact them in the room with your questions or coments on the ladder or suggestion on what you would like to see or anyother comments. Teddy is and Raven are doing a good job and you all need to stand behind them and support them for they are the one's you voted in to this job and at the same time you wanted them to keep this ladder interesting for us and they have done a good job and for this you all should be thanking and praising them for the job well done. Now on to the part about the new league this is fine as we all know there are plunity of people on hear that can support many ladders and will alway be. the reason it was set up and the why you were asked to join may of not been for the right reason but it is done and i hope you all have fun and do good but we all know what happens 3 to 4 or more weeks down the road but good luck in your new ladder. You all know me well and you know i dont make judments on the spot and i see both side's before i make a call. so with this i say thislets put a way the childish behavor and grow up and stop writting childish comments in hear and stop beening negative and start thinking postive and this means us all so please take head and grow up and act the part of it to. This is a note for all of you. I have been watching and trying to get things worked out on hear. It desturbs me to see that we so many childish and selfish people on hear that you cant shut up and listen to booth sides of the story and ask question in stead of jumping to what you think was. All the stuff that has went on the last couple of days has been nothing but a bunch of childish wig was and you all should be ashamed of your self's. This is a good ladder and it has darn good reprensentation in Teddy as head td and as head ladder op and Ravenboss_0051 as head td and ladder op and me as ladder op and td , so would you all grow up and act the part .
