For some it may be of interest to know some of the changes and clarifications that took place at this weeks Staff meeting.

1. Player voluntary rank reductions will be to a minimum of rank 51

2. LadderOps from other ladders can hold rung. There is no restriction to what rank a LadderOp holds on any ladder except the ladder they are an Op on.

3. LadderOps from other ladders are considered to be "players only" when playing on ladders other than their home ladder. They are not allowed to make rulings except on their home ladder.

4. GSR infractions are treated as "one infraction" when it comes to assessing penalties. For example, if you break the "first game is a down game" and get a 1st level penalty, your next GSR infraction within 30 days(even if it is for breaking a different GSR) will now be a level 2 penalty.
