Now what's left? Cases is far from the grandaddy of Spades it once was. There have been some that have tried to save it, but have suffocated it instead. You can't enforce rules randomly and expect to have any loyal supporters. LivVe was the home for Cases. When LivVe's future was uncertain and some members could not get to PCO, Cases dropped them as members by allowing them to be purged. Years of stats were lost. Friendships were scattered. Egos got in the way. But, at the same time Cases allowed some of it's "elite" to not be dropped or purged. TD's were placed on vacation or active/exempt when that was not allowed before. Sour grapes you say? Nah. Not at all. I just am contemplating the past and am saddened by the present situation. Lesson learned....if you are not going to do your job, get out of the way so someone else can. Just make sure before you go that you haven't left a string of casualties along the way. Don't you agree Christie and Angie?
