First off, MadameSpadez, you were ejected from my room for being rude and breaking Cases rules....

Five (5) people in that room paged me about your rudeness (not to mention the ones who thought you were rude but didn't page me) and that was overlooked until you started an argument about a ladder match in my tournament room. Screen shots of these complaints by fellow players were submitted to our TD Manager for her review.

I do not allow rudeness in my room, I do not allow accusations of cheating nor do I allow arguments in my room. I have outlined a few of Cases rules below for you to read and follow:

Arguing in the tourney room while the tourney is still in progress could result in possible suspensions from future tournaments!

Please have proof, i.e. a screen shot before accusing anyone of anything. If you don’t have proof, there is no foul.

Infractions of ANY of the rules of LivveSpades, could result in a DQ,suspension, or any other punishment deemed appropriate by the TD.

Please remember all TD's are your fellow ladder member's who volunteer their time to give you a fun place to play, Please be courteous and respect their decisions! Sometimes a judgement call will not be in your favor!

Secondly, I'm sorry my unprofessionalism does not meet your standards. We have an available seat as a Cases HTD should you wish to apply, the application can be found here: http://cgi1.igl.net/ts/tdapp.php?path=livvespades

Thirdly, a ladder match is a ladder match. Noone has to check with MadameSpadez first to have a ladder match. A ladder match can be at any time convenient for those playing the ladder match, it does not have to be convenient for MadameSpadez. Having a ladder match so that someone does not get derung is not against Cases rules nor does it take a brain surgeon to figure that out nor is it any of your business when Kitten or anyone else plays. Refusing a game is also not against Cases rules.

Thank you for supporting Cases...
