It's mainly timing for me. When I have the time for a tourney none are scheduled here. It'd be easier for me if I *KNEW* that there would be a tourney at, say, 7 pm here, everyday. Actually, that's a great time for me. I'd be home from work, have my supper in front of the monitor, and my British boyfriend will be in bed, so I'm free to play. (The boyfriend and the possibility of me not being home from work are why I don't get to Fish's 5:30 very often.)
I spend a LOT of time cruising the tourney calendars for the leagues/ladders I'm on, trying to plan my evening, and it seems that no matter which one I start with, the last one I check has a tourney that started 15 minutes ago, and none of the others have a tourney for two hours.
The td's here do a great job of advertising close in, but it'd REALLY help me if I got an ICQ or an email first thing in the morning giving the tourney line up for the day.
