Thank you for telling me where to look for the tributes to Patrick. :) He was more proficient at finding his way around the Web than I ever will be. I believe his spirit is in heaven, probably setting up a cribbage match while arguing about why the Boston Red Sox didn't get a chance to win the pennant this year! Please feel free to let all the High Roller team that I'm very glad to have seen their messages of love and I'm also sure Pat's spirit knows just how deeply loved he was! Our local school-Pickering High School is going to allow all of the teens who want to attend his Mass, to leave school for a few hours. Since he had coached Little League up through the teen teams-they're now talking about renting a bus to take them all. (And the little brothers and sisters of these teens are saying-I'm going too, Miss Dawn). His mass will be said at Main Post Chapel, Fort Polk, Louisiana, at 1100 AM, 28 September. It will be followed by an Air Force ceremony and then a luncheon cooked up by ladies in the Air Force and civilian communjity. His ashes are going to be sent to his parents in Maine, who cannot attend due to poor health. But his three brothers and two sisters are all atttending the Mass! We have been awed by the love from our neighbors who've brought food and drink and shoulders to cry on! Thank you for the love and support you all have shown at Cases' Ladder, also! And thank you for letting Patrick play cribbage with all of you-he enjoyed every minute! Dawn McCroary
