Effective immediately, I have stepped down from all the ladders that I am overseeing.

Cases will be assigning you a new TDM for this ladder sometime in the near future.

Please be patient while Cases finds you a new TDM.

I will continue to work the other sections of Cases as I have been doing for the past few years.
