I'm asking when rules are being announced in lobby before tourney time that everyone stop chatting. It makes it difficult for the players(especaiily new players) to read them. There is alot of new formats being introduced and announcing the rules is important. So please be considerate of fellow players and TD's and refrain from chat during the rules being announced :)
