Wearing Hats in Tourneys

All TD's please wear your sysop hat in your tourney room while running your tourneys. It helps the players know who to ask a question of.

All others, including TD's and Op's, please refrain from wearing your sysop hat while you are playing in another's tourney. It gets confusing for the players, especially new ones.
