You would need to go to http://www.silvercrk.com/ and download the software. There is a 30 day trial period. Then you can purchase the software for $30.00. It's a fun package.

Ladder url is http://www.igl.net/hwhearts/, though you join ladder by entering the ladder room at Hardwood Hearts. It's auto-reporting so it takes care of registration.
