I would like to thank all of you for deciding to make this ladder your home. I wish for you during the coming year, good health and my wish is that you all have a very prosperous and happy new year.

This ladder has been active a few months now and I am so proud of each of you for your part in getting the ladder moving again. If you think we need to make some changes in the rules please let me know and we will try to make that one of your resolutions for the coming year.

I still think this ladder group contains some very good prospective ladderops and if you are interested please let me know and I will be happy to explain exactly what a ladderop does when they volunteer to help the ladder.
