Hardwood Hearts is designed to automatically register players for the ladder when you enter the Ladder room. This was tested by a member of Case's Staff and it did not ask if she wanted to join but she received an email which included her password for the ladder in a Welcome. Also by design, the Ladder will not allow a user to change their userame or password because of the auto-report and because you are automatically registered upon entering the Ladder room.
If you are having problems with your account please go to the Support Link and Contact Us and then go here: Do not put anything in the blanks where it ask for name and password.
Problems activating your account, or don't have a working account? Click here to contact us if you don't have a working Ladder name and password or if you have problems submitting your mail.
If you signed up from the ladder menu it will not work.
