QUERIES ABOUT LADDER NAMES, PASSWORDS AND EMAIL ADDRESSES

Hi Everyone,

I have been advised that a number of members cannot remember their passwords or have changed their email addresses and are setting up new accounts.

Can I please remind you all that you may have only ONE account per user.

If you have more than one account you will need to withdraw any extra accounts. One can do this by going to the main ladder page. At the bottom of the heading ACCOUNT is withdraw.

If you have changed your email address you do NOT need to open another account. Just go to the heading ACCOUNT and click on User Editor. Enter your ladder name and password and then pick up 1. which is “Change User Information” Enter your ladder name and the email address that you wish to use.

If you cannot remember your Password go to ACCOUNT and click on Lost Password. Do NOT set up another account.

If you have inadvertently set up more than one account and do not know how to remove this please use this address and advise us of the ladder name you wish to be removed

Please make sure that you say in this mail that you are a member of the Case’s Hardwood Euchre (Hardwood) Ladder so that your name elsewhere is not deleted
