If you are having problems accessing the games at the Gamer Shack you to contact technical help for the site via msn messenger or email at support@thegamershack.com and they will be more than glad to help.
There is also a forum there that you can go to to make suggestions, the programmers check it daily. http://www.thegamershack.com/smf/index.php
