I stated my ideas as an op down below to which no one has said a word, neither yea nay nothing.
I had an idea of one way to open communications among the players so they can meet and talk together and feel each other out when they can be available for ladder play to help alleviate the hit and miss agravation many are having from sitting along at long periods of time through a NON_STAT tour that would not affect the ladder and I am being shot down for this idea. If it does not effect the ladders rank how is it hurting it? The purpose is to open communications among the players.

: : I am going to hold a non stat lets get acquainted Tournament this Sunday at 3pm EST and can also set up some others at other times if that would be better. I plan on doing a tour every Sunday at 3pm to try to encourage ladder growth.
