list of different ideas for making this ladder work.

Hi there
First of all add me to you msn messenger
I am Geekeeper@hotmail.com, also I can be found in Yahoo as cribbage_angel@yahoo.com. You want to play feel free to message me and I will do my best to form a group of us together to come in to play. I am available most days and evenings to play. I try to come into the ladder room for two hour periods a minimum of twice a day five days a week. Normally I am there Monday-Thursday 10A.M. - noon EST and 10P.M. - midnight EST and on Saturdays. I have been known to come in at other times also and linger.
The Gamer Shack has approved our advertising the ladder in their social rooms however please limit advertising to once per hour so we do not make a nuisance of ourselves, please feel free to let all players you play throughout the shack know about the ladder and encourage them to join us.
The Gamer Shack has even approved our advertising the shack in tournament rooms however please ask the host before doing so we do not want to step on any toes and make enemies of the Shack.
I feel we can make this ladder a success if all of us join forces and really try to make it work. Sitting back and waiting for it to happen will not bring this about. It is going to take time patience and a great deal of work from all of us.
Some of you are worried because you are loosing rungs for not playing message me and I will be glad to play if I can. I normally do manage to get to ladder room. I will do whatever I can to help this ladder grow.
The idea behind playing three times a day was to give the players here something to do while they waited on other players. It is not there for the players to play all three together at the same time while other players are in the room. If another player comes in finish the game you are playing and go play the new player(s). Don’t make them wait till you have completed three games with the op you have. This is only a very temporary ruling from ladder staff as soon as we show we are growing it will be cut back to you can only play each other once a day but play many different players as you can. The ladder is so small the three times a day rule is only there to promote players staying in the rooms longer while waiting on other players to come in. I hope that makes sense.
I am trying my best to make this ladder grow and work and I am confident that together all of us working together we can do this
