No way! I played in rated rooms in MSN and it was nothing more than a bunch of ego feeding for those who were after high ratings. One had to have a number of names as you climbed in ratings the harder it got to get games and the less friendly the people were.

It has no place in a ladder. Good Gawd, you have people peeing their pants in ladder rooms about not getting the ups for rank, then you want to add Ratings? LOL
