Item for discussion- Rated rooms?

Would we like to see the ladder room become a rated room? This is the question I was asked today and I figured we needed to get some discussion on this asap and look into if it needed a vote? Really not sure how much time we have to decide though :( It appears that the shack is planning to start rated rooms in this area of the site in the very near future but they are letting us have the option if we want it or not.
