I was reading the paper yesterday.
Came across an artical about a 12 year old boy who was swinging a brick he had tied to his wrist over the I 75 underpass.
A semi Tracktor came throgh and the brick smashed through the windshield tearing the kids arm off.
What shocked me the most is they arested the Truck Driver...
