Well folks after a decade the time might has arrived!

I just found Hasbro as a new version for risk.

I have not tried it but here are some thoughts:

1) Its new Version with no bugs
2) It supports Vista
3) It claims updated Graphics
4) Its download so no CD required
5) Its current so people are out there buying it daily

This might be the thing to revive the game. I just hope they have not changed it into something like Risk II so its some complicated, convoluted mess ... but I am optomistic that this will clear up all the bugs since it has been programmed in the year 2007. This might be the find of the year as I want Risk to LIVE ON!!

There is a free 1 hour trial and then it costs $20. I will go try it on my new Vista Machine and if anyone wants to connect and try let me know.

If it is a good version then we can all switch to it and still use the same ladder for reports and I will contact GameSpy and have them add a Room for it.

In any event I am excited about this new possibility and anxtious to speak with anyone else who might want to look into it with me!
