Ladder rules

Now that we are starting to build up this ladder after our move from VU. I think one of the first things that has to happen is in the rules area. When we were at VU the inactivity days was set at 40. In here it is 21.I think that should be increased to 40 like we allways had. Also with the 21 day figure when we are trying to build up the ladder we will lost people before we get started. Please give it some serious thought.
