: We've got a TDM doing all the HTD chores, the HTD's have week excuses for no shows, players that can see other members in the lobby and play someone else instead of asking for the ladder.

I find it disheartening that your post attacks the one TD who attempts to host the most frequently. I don't think that negative posts like that do anything to help the ladder.
