Actually drew has not posted about the lawsuit or the fact that Mille was not brought by game.inc. If this had been covered I don't believe so many people on here would be in the dark. Which would be "common" knowledge if you read the links.

: I thought this news was common knowledge. I think Drew covered this a long time ago. Also you can go onto the games.crap forum and there are a ton of links explaining everything (or nothing at all depending on what side of the fence you are sitting).
