Players who follow these instructions will have more influence, since it is easier to read a summary of votes in the Forum subject headings. I will review message bodies, so you can tell me more here, but your Subject contents will receive the most attention.

Please give your prefered Day of the week, and Time of Day, E.T. [Eastern USA], (This is the time in New York, Miami, Boston etc.) when you want the tournament to begin. This is five hours behind G.M.T.; for instance, at 11pm G.M.T., the time is 6pm E.T. Case's tournament schedules are based on E.T.

For instance, If you wish to start at 6pm E.T. on Thursday, you would type TH6pm in the Subject of your reply. Feel free to list multiple options, or ranges, e.g. TH-SA7pm or SA4pm-8pm.
