Admin? This isn't a Myleague - it's a cases ladder, and people would have to apply as Ladder Op if they wanted to help run the place in an authoritive capacity. Even Ladder Ops don't really do anything except act as a go-between between players and the proper staff.

Besides, if you have 15 people who are serious about getting the league off the ground, then why aren't you out there having games and making a start? 15 is a great number to build a base on - with that amount you could generate enough activity to get other people back. You could host proper tourneys too. The fact that this hasn't happened makes me think you're not all as committed to the league as you think you are. Ideas are one thing, while actions are another.
