Like a good few on here, Cinders had an effect on my life. I first met her when one night I found OnLine Scrabble. I wanted to know what was going on and discovered the wonderful world of Tournaments and Ladders. Next thing I find myself being trained up as a TD!!! Thats what she did to you ..... sweet talked you into almost anything she wanted lolol. Now bearing in mind, this was predominantly a US Scrabble site and the 5 hour time difference, she managed to talk me into running tourneys at all kinds of time! Many a night I sat and watched dawn break here in the UK while running a Tourney especially at weekends. I remember her excitement at my 100th Tourney when we had 24 players in!!
Then when the site was blown out of the water, she introduced me to Wordox ..... yes, folks, it was all Cindys fault you have to put up with my moods.
I had known she was seriously ill for a long time but it still hit me hard on Saturday when Lainy texted me the sad news.
I shall never forget the great laughs we had on a Sunday night during partners nor Cindys determination to make sure we NEVER started on time lol
I shall never forget her humour during the hard times she must have gone through in the last 6 months.
But most of all, I shall never forget our Cinders nor the day of her demise. She even managed to affect me by passing on on the same day as my own Mother (just 15 years later).

God Bless You, Cinders and may you now Rest In Peace. We shall never forget you xxxx
