Just to confirm that each time we have been given information regarding Hoyle this has either been posted in the forum, on the main page and/or an email sent to everyone.

The simple fix was emailed to everyone yesterday, in case some had not read the message forum. Tournaments were set, a TD poised to run but that TD laddered with players arriving as not enough came in to enable the tourney to start.

We do hope to achieve a home elsewhere and hard work is going on behind the scenes but patience is a virtue and these things take time – no one has a magic wand, much as though we would like to.

It would be a pointless exercise telling you things that you want to hear just for the sake of it! Please be reassured when there is any positive news it will be shared with everyone.

It is sad that we need to ‘fiddle’ with the computer to enable us to access Hoyle but as the majority of players preferred not to link up with a league elsewhere we continue to play in Hoyle for as long as no payment is involved. It appears that other sites too can have access problems so it seems nothing is perfect in the world of Wordox!

There was never an option to move FSW over to WS as there is an established league there that would fight to keep their monopoly and I, for one, am not prepared to go to war.

I hope this clarifies that there has been no lack of communication from ‘the bosses.’
