hi i figured it out lol chicken copy and paste this 8.5.0.53 hoylegames.sierra.com. then put in run and follow the instructions to get to run you click your start button on bottom left hand side then on the bottom right side you click on run copy and paste the address above and follow the instructions it very easy and it works
