I still cannot get in either. I found another post in help forum today but not much help with it either but will paste it below. I will try to find out more and let you know as soon as I do.

OK This post is for those people that can not find the C:\WINDOWS\32\drivers\ folder.

Go into the Control Panel and click on "Folder Options".

Click on the "View" tab.

Scroll down and find "Hidden Files and Folders".

Make sure that the Hidden Files and Folders are set to "Show All".

: i have tried what you said and still can't get in. benn trying since yesterday. do you have any idea when they may have it fixed.
