Ugly Banner "Important Update ... "

Can someone do anything about the Important Update banner already? Its out of date, ugly and way to big.

Been getting poor turnouts to primetime tourneys and I think part of the reason is that no one scrolls down like 8 pages to see the tournament listed below. It certainly isnt helping.

Everyone knows this info already, can we get this banner removed or placed somewhere else, hopefully smaller?
