:dot, you are not listed in the players, so when you go to case mail page(igl.net/rengin) and go to games by clicking on here on right side of page. It takes you to main page of online games. In the center section under newcomers follow the instructions. Hopefully you will get in. Also, we from this site are playing in case ladder and case tourney at bottom of room page. And I would suggest you post in rengin forum from now on for any help. :-) Good luck and see u soon.
