I know some of you may not understand the instructions on the main page so I thought I would post this again.

There are certain issues however that are difficult to explain in the forum, but you need to remember that you can not make changes to a file which is being used by another program on the computer. Also you need to understand that the hosts files is accessed every time you go on the internet so consequently you can not make changes while the browser is open to any site.
