Can someone tell me what happened?

I had a 13+ winning streak up until yesterday when I was playing, and the last person I played with was Moonbloom, who posted her loss because I saw it. But this morning when I checked my status, it shows 5 winning streak, and the last person played as mom, who I played since Friday. How did all my info get missing like that? Is there a way to get it back? It's also showing that I didn't play any games in the last few days, but I was there yesterday.
