Dear Stinkerbelle:
I also hate to see you leave our leagues. We have all been playing together for so long that losing a player is like losing a family member. I hope that you will reconsider and come back. I too have to wait at times for a game, but being able to play any way a board is set is what keeps the game interesting. I don't know if I could play just bombs only with a ton of made up rules. We have been accustomed to playing the way we did way back when when WON was our active ladder, and it is so hard to go into the social rooms and play with people that get soo darn disgruntled. One of the things I do before asking for a game in the social rooms is put on my table "Grabbing and Unstables are part of the Game!" I usuallu can get a game and if the player is good enough I will promote the ladders and I have gotten people to come in and at least give it a try. This is all we ask, we can't force people to come, but we do try to get them! I agree that the fall and winter months will bring more and more people back into the Pairs 2 room. I hope that we will see you again soon!
Take good care :-)
