Could you please be a little more explicit. At what stage are you getting these error messages?

Is it when you click on the room?

Is it when you try to download the Wonplay files?

Could it be that when you have opened the requred 'host' file in 'Notepad' to edit it you have entered the information incorrectly?

Maybe you copied the full stop in at the end of the information?

The following line is exactly what you type/paste in, at the very bottom of that file (including spaces):

8.5.0.53 hoylegames.sierra.com

See if that helps, I can try and type out the instructions in an easier way to follow if needs be.
