Screen saver pop ups

I dont know if it is Encore or Cases that is responsible for the ever appearing screen saver pop ups that I have to keep clearing all the time. But I will go on record as saying that if I have to pay a fee which I approve of to have them annoying me all the time I will be thinking twice before anyone gets my $20.00
