Entering room 2

I am directing this basically to Case's but if anyone else is having this problem please reply. On many occasions and I mean many when I try to enter room 2 I either get a failed or authorizing message. For some unknown reason I retry 6 times and on the 6th try it will forward me to the room.I am using http://home.arcor.de/danichat/hoyle.html There are also times this will happen if I am changing my name from player to TD or visa verse. My question to Cases is do you think this is due to the new servers or just something we have to live with. Thank You for your time.Chief-02
