What a ladder needs

A ladder needs two things ... people to volunteer their time to TD ... and good people who share a common interest and want to have fun doing it .

That is all it takes.

This ladder over time has been lucky enough to have plenty of both. The 300th tourney that Dopey did the other night rocked ... and all because of the caliber of the people that played (and i am not talking about bg skills) plus the addition of a TD who helped make it fun.

That said, the group of people that made this ladder what it once was includes many that have left. I love them and miss them more than i could adequately express in words.

There will always be some disagreements between people ... part of the human experience i am afraid ... but a ladder is more than a few people. No matter who we are disagreeing with at some time, there are plenty more that love us and that we love.

I only ask that try to make the time we spend here as fun as possible and revel in the people that are here with us. The people here are the cream of the flipside crop in my humble opinion. But too much cream has left for my liking. Can't we all just get along enough to have some fun with the people we care about here ... and try to concentrate on that?
