Lost Ranking. Please Read..

Hi All,

Well they got us back up, Yeah Case!!, but as you can see, our rankings, especially the Top Ten, is a mess.

If you were in the Top Ten as of Saturday April 21, 2001, please send an email to Support (on the left side of the ladder site). I will do my best to verify the rank, and if I can I will manually restore you to that position.

You MUST send your request through Support. I can not handle any requests for rank adjustments sent to my personal email.

If you do not see yourself on the ladder at all, first try to do a "Find Player" search. If you are not listed after doing the search, unfortunately you joined after the backup date and there's a chance you are not on the ladder now. You will have to rejoin.

If you have any further questions or problems, please be sure to read the post by Case himself. It can be found either by using the link on the main page (in the billboard), or by clicking on "Case's News" on the left side of the ladder site.

If you do not find your answers there, please do not hesitate to send your questions through Support. I will do my best to answer them as quickly as possible.
