Hi All,

In case you noticed, I'm blue again, lol. Sorry for any confusion. I have been told this is the last change.

Ladder's with only one Op were given LeadOps (instead of HeadOps) and ladder's with more than one op will have a Team of Ops headed by a LeadOp (possibly 2 depending on the size of the ladder).

The only major change is that ALL Ops, Lead or otherwise, will have the same tools and abilities. In other words, if you belong to another ladder (say, cribbage or spades)that has more than one Op, you may go to any available Op for that ladder and they will be able to assist you the same as a LeadOp.
