Hi All,

Due to changes within the LadderOp Program, the title "Ladder Specific Head Op" (LSHO) will no longer be used. All Ops are now known as LadderOps, with the exception of very large ladders who have alot of Ops, they will have one (1) LSHO.

Basically what it means is this:

I'm still the LadderOp for this ladder and I still have all of the tools and abilities of an LSHO (Ladder Specific Head OP), I just don't have the title or the color (blue). Nothing else changes.
