Im sry you're having so much trouble, :o(( Excite Chat is new to me too and I was not prepared for alot of the problems that have been cropping up. Incompatibility with Windows ME is one I didnt know about. You may want to write to Excite's help center and ask them about ME. I dont think Cases can help with this one :o( Sounds like the programmers at the site would be able to assist you better.
