Re-Validation
Twas a little more than two hundred years ago, when our forefathers, through their frustration.
Determined with sound minds, courage and collaboration,
They were tired of England’s tyranny, due to an over-bearing, unfair taxation,
It was time to cut the umbilical cord, and step to self-determination.
They held a meeting in Philadelphia, and no matter who was who, or his present life’s station,
Each had their own perspective, and each allowed his own presentation,
Describing in their most common tongue, thoughts from anger through salvation,
To whit the consensus was unanimous, and the result, a proud Declaration.
Today, our forefathers’ accomplishment, through that courage and blood in combination,
Is so different than their vision, it parrots a terrible mutation,
Which is an insult to their memory, in our allowing of such an aberration,
To grow from within, and create the crippling of our very foundation.
Yet, as we are One Nation Under GOD, and our make-up is of strength and faith without reservation,
With such powerful inbred tools, as our weapons, and our inspiration,
We will bring back the honor, due our forefathers, for their beautiful creation,
In a time when they took One Fantastic Philosophy -- and turned it into... One – Fantastic – Nation.
