A guy came in the lobby today and left this message in chat :

Call 1-877-FTC-help and lodge a compliant against aol about the poor service and support. Get ur own reference number, as this is how they gage whether or not to file suit

I went to the Fair Trade Commision's web page and this is a legitamate phone # for their help/services.
