Why sit there trying to access worldplay? Instead we ALL need to band together and do TWO things:
1.)Call (toll-free: 1-877-FTC-HELP and file a complaint!
2.)go to and hit "file complaint". Where it asks for AOL address, it is OK to type in "unknown".
I have a local server for internet access. I pay AOL ONLY to play backgammon on worldplay. Because I have another service, I have the "BYOA" program w/AOL---bring your own access. I pay AOL $14.95 per month for nothing! Now- you tell me who is the smarted here----it is obviously not me since I am paying for nothing! I called AND e-mailed a complaint. If the FTC gets thousands of complaints, it will speed this crazy process along one way or another.
HELP US by contacting the FTC! please....
