All other top 10 players are explicitly exempt from this rule and should make no attempt to play the person directly below them before at least 14 days have elapsed."

: " It is illegal to abuse or harrass another Ladder member. If you are observed being abusive in chat it could result in penalty. Depending upon the extent of the abuse you might not always receive a warning in these cases. "

: This rule will selectively be applied to any player that the opmanager, and/or cases op may in their absolute discretion decide. All other players are specifically excluded and may use any abuse, harassment, rudeness, offensive emails and/or any other objectionable means, in which case their actions will be confirmed as being totally "appropriate" and no action whatsoever can or will be taken against them in any manner, form, or kind of whatsoever nature whether stated or implied.
