What does stressed spell backwards?

Ok, this is awesome and now's the time of the year for it.

HARVEST LOAF CAKE

1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger

2 eggs, 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup sugar (you can use 1/2 cup no sweat), 3/4 cup pumpkin, 3/4 cup Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate morsels, 3/4 cup chopped walnuts

OVEN 350, 9 x 5 LOAF PAN

Grease bottom of 9x5 loaf pan. Combine flour with soda, salt and spices. Cream butter. Gradually add sugar; cream well. Blend in eggs. Beat well. At low speed, add dry ingredients alternatively with pumpkin, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Stir in morsels and nuts. Turn into prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 65-70 minutes. Cool. Slice and serve.
