Deb, the reason you are no longer in the program was based on a lot more than just the fact that two ops could not see eye to eye on certain players. You also know I am not at liberty to divulge the reasons here in the forum or to anyone except you, but suffice it to say it was a lot more than just not seeing eye to eye.
Obviously you did not get to know Gio very well prior to your leaving the program, or you would know she is the furthest thing from a "yes" op there is. She is, however, a very good op, that does things as she was trained to do, and does things for the right reason.......the love of the ladder and the game, not for personal gain, power or friends. A "yes" op, no, just an op who wants to do her best(by the guidelines set by case's) to make this ladder a fair and fun place to visit.
