Please forgive me if you are receiving this twice or receiving it even though you have told me you cant come this year :( I am sending this out to the entire group from last year AND to whoever has registered for this years tournament (and anyone else whom I think may be interested) :)
Well, the London Live Euchre Tournament is in 55 days!!!! Woohoo! I have lots of
information to relay to you folks, I do apologize in advance for this long email :) Please read it all though...lots of neat stuff is hidden in my blither, lol

IF you are coming, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE..get your hotel booked asap. They will release the rooms if we dont get them all booked by July 1st...this is imperative! We only have
70 rooms..come on people..lets fill em!
Anyone that knows me knows that I am very very organized (hubby says anal retentive but he can bite me, lol). I plan on running one helluva tournament this year and of course my trusty sidekick Binskis_babe is already working on some kewl stuff too :)
Here is a sample of whats planned this year:
1. GREAT tournaments (well organized, good payouts and good cards)
2. Hula Hoop Contest (practice folks, winners get prizes)
3. Ugly Hawaiian Shirt Contest (please bring and wear the most horrible hawaiian shirt on the Saturday main event, of course prizes)
4. GREAT food (how does a pasta bar sound for one meal and hamburgers for lunch another day..and dont forget our Hawaiian Full course meal on the Saturday night and of course midnight buffet..all included in your tournament fees...yummy)
5. GREAT door prizes, supplied by.......ummmm...you and me :) Please help me again this year...bring one or two little gifts to put under the palm tree...winners can only win once this year so hopefully EVERYONE will walk away with something kewl :)
6. SPECIAL raffles this year...Dvd player...Tiffany Lamp..webcam....jewellery....and more :)
7. Joe Andrews will of course be doing his fantastic Trivia Times during the tournament :)
8. SECRET HOHO Yes, once again we are doing the secret santa..but this time hawaiian style :) If you want in the secret santa, you MUST pay your deposit by July 1st. If you do not pay the small deposit by then, you will not be able to join the secret santa part of all this, I am
sorry:( Around the 3rd or 4th of July, I will mail all those on the confirmed secret santa list and get them to mail me back their first 3 choices of who to buy for...I will not be accepting early requests to keep it fair for everyone :) I will of course explain this again to those joining this
event, its soo much fun. The gift you purchase for your secret friend isnt to be worth much more than 10-15 dollars...we all try to keep our expenses down :)
I am only going to make nametags, and plan (food and gifts etc) on the first 120 people
that get registered on the webpage and send the $15.00 canadian funds deposit (around $11.20 US). It can be sent one of two ways...both very simple. Either mail me a money order or check to my address, found on the web site or use Paypal. If you decide on Paypal, you will find the information at the tournament web page. Make sure either way you make sure I know WHO the deposit is for...what laddernames etc.
If you have ANY questions, please check out the webpage first and if you cant find the
information you need, mail me back. I promise you I will get the answers to you asap :)
One last thing folks. We had a glitch in our player database so I need you to all go look at the Guest page at the website and if you dont see your name, please register again :( Also, if you sent me a deposit and you dont see a Yes under the confirmed column beside your name...mail me and let me know so I can check it out and add your deposit to the page.
